I sent an order in on May 12th through the Shop App. It still shows on the app that it still hasn’t been shipped to UPS! Please explain to me why it’s taking so long? I called earlier this week and talked to someone and he said it would be sent out and assured me it would be sent. I’m tired of waiting so I’m asking for a refund of $44.75. At least respond to my emails. This is my 2nd email. I will go through my bank to get my money back if that’s my only option. When you don’t respond it makes me think it’s fraud. Prove me wrong 🙏🏻
