Is it possible to place an order by phone?

Yes! Please see our contact page for the phone number and times that we are available to take your order over the phone.

Will your herbal tea cure my health condition?

While it depends on the circumstances, quality foods like herbal tea can have health benefits. However, please note that our products are not a replacement for consulting a medical doctor.

Will a certain tea help me to lose weight? How fast will I lose weight?

Tea can help with weight loss, but tea is not a replacement for a proper diet and a healthy lifestyle. We recommend not replacing calories with tea. We do not consider our tea to be a supplement.

How soon can I expect my order to be shipped?

Packages are usually sent around 1 pm PST. If the order is placed before noon, it will be shipped the same day. On rare occasions packages are sent on the next business day. 

Do you ship to Canada or Mexico?

We currently only ship to the United States.

Our products are sourced from all over the world. Our products are tested to be free of additives and preservatives. We have obtained a Certificate of Analysis for all of our products.

Are your products organic?
