Generously dry rub this seasoning blend on to your steaks at least one hour before cooking. Then cook over hot coals (not burning) or medium high gas grill for 3-5 minutes a side only turning once! When finished cooking, cover the steaks with aluminum foil and let rest for ten minutes before serving.
