Stir Fry or Saute Seasoning

The warmth of this special blend of spices will bring a rich flavor to any food you choose to stir fry. Stir frying is one of the best ways to cook a meal without adding much extra fat and calories. 

For delicious stir fry, use 1 heaping tablespoon of Madrecita stir fry seasoning per 1 lb of meat or poultry. Add meat, seasoning and a little olive oil to a pan and cook over medium-high heat. Add the vegetables of your choice and season to your taste. For best results, marinate the meat for 30 minutes before cooking.
