Herbal Chicken Seasoning

Use this delightful herbal chicken seasoning in any poultry recipe. It will produce a beautiful brick-red color and an appetizing herbal aroma and flavor.

For best results, marinade chicken for at least 30 minutes before baking. Add 1/3 cup of water to the pan and lightly brush the chicken with olive oil before putting it into the oven. Periodically baste the chicken using the juices from the pan. After cooking, cover with foil and let rest for 10-15 minutes before serving.
