Linden is a wonderful herb. People in Europe like to drink it during cold and flu season. It is said the Aztecs used this calming herb to relax. This herbal tea contains only Linden leaves.

Different linden trees are found all over the northern hemisphere. The trees are known as lime trees in Great Britain and are sometimes called basswood in North America. The word linden originally meant "made from linwood or lime wood".  Some species of this tree can grow up to 130 feet tall!
