This spice blend makes an excellent meat marinade. It is also tastes wonderful with pickled beets, marinated mushrooms and cauliflower. Add about 2 tbsp. to corned beef before cooking. Use 2-3 tbsp. in boiling water when cooking fish, shrimp, crab and lobster.
