For a quick, easy, and healthy rice dish, combine 1 cup uncooked rice, 2 cups of water, 1 tbsp of seasoning mixture and 1 1/2 tbsp of unsalted butter in a medium saucepan. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and cover. Simmer until all the water has been absorbed by the rice.
