Senna Leaf Herbal Tea

The only ingredient in our senna herbal tea is senna leaf.  For best results, use one tea bag per cup and infuse 3 to 5 minutes.

The senna plant is native to tropical regions and is part of the legume family. There are over 300 (estimated) species of this plant. The caterpillars of many different butterflies are known to feed on senna plants. Some species of senna are used as ornamental plants. Senna leaf has been used in traditional medicine for centuries.
