Valerian Root herbal tea. The Valerian plant is native to Europe and Asia. Valerian has been used as an herb since ancient times. During the medieval period, in Swedish weddings, the groom would sometimes wear some in his clothes to ward off the "envy of the elves".
This herbal blend contains: Organic valerian root, lavender and neroli oil. For best results steep 10 minutes with hot water, (not boiling) and add honey or sweetener to taste.
